Welcome to Plus Ultra! By using our website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. These terms are effective as of  January 12 of 2026. 1. Services Provided

Plus Ultra provides non-emergency medical transportation services designed to meet the unique needs of our clients. Our services include:

  • Transportation to and from medical appointments, treatments, and therapies.

  • Assistance for individuals with mobility challenges.

  • Customized rides for specific medical needs as required.

We strive to ensure that all trips are safe, reliable, and tailored to the individual requirements of our passengers. Please note that our services do not include emergency medical transportation or ambulance services.

2-Users Respponsabilities

  • Providing accurate information when booking.
  • Showing up on time for scheduled rides.
  • Adhering to rules for safe and respectful conduct during transport.

3. Booking

  • Booking: Bookings should be made thru our website or phone reservation in a minimun of 24 hours prior to the pickup time request

4-Payments

 -Insurance Billing

  • Plus Ultra works directly with insurance providers for covered non-emergency medical transportation services. Clients are responsible for providing accurate insurance information during booking to ensure prompt processing.

-Accepted Payment Methods

  • We accept payments directly from insurance providers for eligible services. Verification of coverage and authorization must be completed before the scheduled service.

  • For clients not using insurance, we accept the following payment methods:

    • Credit or debit cards.

    • Direct bank transfers (where applicable).

    • Other payment methods as specified during bookin

5- Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Notice:
  • Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled trip time. This ensures we can reallocate resources and accommodate other clients.

Late Cancellations:
  • Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the trip may incur a cancellation fee of(need to be discuss Plus Ultra Care dont have at this point the exact percentage of the amount on the estimated fare that is suposed/legal to charge for Cancelations.WE deeply apologise for this transitory lack of knowledge.

No-Shows:
  • Failure to be present at the scheduled pickup time without prior cancellation will be considered a no-show and may result in a fee equivalent to the full trip cost,again Plus Ultra needs to confront the exact amount of this charges,

6. Liability Disclaimer
  • Plus Ultra Care & Transit limits its Liability to only the service fee.
  • State that Plus Ultra is not responsible for:
    • Delays caused by weather, traffic, or other external factors.
    • Loss or damage to personal belongings during transport.
    • Medical emergencies during transit (if this is not our responsibility).
